Privacy note
Last updated 17 September 2026.
This note explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, the phone number or email address you give us, and the message describing what is bothering you. Our server also records the time of the message and the IP address it came from, for security and to stop automated abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you and answer your question.
- To arrange or coordinate an appointment with a specialist, if that is what you want.
- Where relevant, to check likely coverage on your behalf.
Who sees it
Your enquiry reaches the Medical GPS team by email. We share your details with a clinic, specialist, hospital or insurer only when you have asked us to arrange something, and only the details needed for that step. We do not pass anything on for marketing.
Health information
What you write about your condition is sensitive. Please send only as much as you are comfortable with — a sentence is usually enough for us to point you in the right direction. We are not a medical provider and we do not hold a medical record for you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are helping you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it. Write to enquiry@medicalgps.sg and we will act on it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which will see your IP address as part of serving them.
Changes
If this note changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
